Hotel SMZ Sungai Siput provided a decent stay with clean rooms and comfortable amenities, but the pillow was a bit hard. The location, while not in the town center, was convenient for our hiking trip to Bukit Berekeh. The shared lounge and 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi, were useful for remote work. The nearby tomyam eatery added to the convenience. Despite some minor issues like a broken shower holder, it was a value-for-money stay. I recommend improvements for a safer and more comfortable experience. Considerate service, housekeeping was attentive. A stay suitable for budget travelers.
